Getting to Cologne – getting to the Hotels – getting to the venue – getting to Metzger & Marie (dinner location):

From Cologne-Bonn Airport (CGN) to Cologne Train Station (ca. 15min) take the S-Bahn 13 (direction: Köln Hansaring) or Regional Express RE10808 (direction: Mönchengladbach Hbf) on platform 1 or 2 to “Köln Hauptbahnhof” (Cologne Main Station).

From Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Cologne Train Station (ca. 60min) take the ICE on platform 6 or 7 (Intercity Express; direction: Köln Hbf) to “Köln Hauptbahnhof” (Cologne Train Station).

From Cologne Main Station (Dom/Hauptbahnhof – where the Cathedral is) to Hotel Hopper et cetera/Hotel Flandrischer Hof take the 16 or 18 (directions: BONN, Bad Godesberg Stadthalle – BRÜHL, Brühl Mitte, KÖLN Klettenbergpark – KÖLN, Sürth Bf) to “Neumarkt”. This is the second station (ca. 3min). From “Neumarkt” take the tram 1/7 to “Köln Weiden West”  or “Frechen” upstairs. The stop is “Rudolfplatz.”. The second stop after “Neumarkt”. From here it is a 3min walk to Hotel Flandrischer Hof and a 5min walk to Hotel Hopper et cetera.

From hotels to venue it is a 20min walk.

Getting from the main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) to the venue: Take the subway 16 in direction to “Bonn/ Bad Godesberg“ or subway 18 in direction to “Bonn“. At station “Neumarkt“ change to tram 1/7 upstairs in direction to “Köln Weiden West” or “Frechen”. At station “Universitätstraße” cross the street, turn left in the direction of the canal. Takes about 5-7min to walk the venue which is on the campus of the Faculty of Human Sciences.
