Since February 2019, Uta Reinöhl is the head of a Emmy Noether research group on Non-hierarchicality in grammar. Construction formation without word class distinction across categories and languages at the University of Mainz. She is also principal investigator of the projects VedaWeb and Agent prominence and the diachrony of predication in Indo-Aryan (project of the CRC 1252 Prominence in Language) at the University of Cologne.
